Neon Liquid Colorant - Electric Series 3 is here, making this beloved product still possible during the current supply shortage to carry on the same vibrance of Series 2, but with even more blacklight neon glowiness than previous Series'!  These vibrant Ready-to-Use nail polish colors are more intensely saturated than the original Electric Series 1! They contain FDA D&C certified colorants and are multi-purpose being a pre-mixed ready-to-use bright neon creme nail polish offered in bulk that can also be used as medium-high saturation liquid pigment for crafting all types of nail polish.

When creating a solid creme polish, use "as is" and bottle under your very own private label brand or blend various shades together for endless arrays of color (no need to add suspension base, it's already in the formula).  When using as a liquid colorant to create other types of nail polishes that will be comprising dry pigments, micas, glitters etc., additional suspension base will be necessary to boost those heavier particles.
